Partner Profiles

With a partner history spanning more than five decades, our management team comprises three partners who are committed staffing professionals and business leaders. They share a common goal and vision - to deliver superior service to our clients, candidates and employees.

Scot Keefer, President and Founder Scot Keefer, President and founder, has a distinguished career in the Staffing industry that spans over 20 years. His background includes consulting, outsourcing, services/systems integration and field services for corporate and national accounts, strategic alliances and channel partners. Scot has held diverse leadership roles in Executive Management, Business Development and Client Management. He has vast experience working with large, Fortune 500 organizations as well as assisting young organizations transform into market-leading enterprises. Scot completed his undergraduate degree in Sociology from Shippensburg University and graduate studies at North Carolina State University.
Mark Lafond, Managing Director of Sales and Founder Mark Lafond, Managing Director of Sales and founder, has worked in the Staffing industry in various sales and account management roles for over 15 years and holds a B.S. in Accounting and Marketing from LaSalle University. His direct sales expertise spans the industry from large corporate organizations to small/mid-size start-up businesses. Mark has experience in developing long-term relationships, managing multi-million dollar sales and service transactions, and translating clients’ complex and sophisticated business requirements into tangible results. Through Mark’s leadership InSource has experienced rapid client and revenue growth.
Joseph Ward, Managing Director of Operations and Founder Joseph Ward, Managing Director of Operations and founder, has 20 years of business and management experience spanning different industries with expertise in building and developing talented professional staffs, managing teams that have consistently outperformed competition, and delivering strong service delivery management. Joe is responsible for the daily administrative operations, infrastructure management, recruiting and functional direction of all field service delivery activity at InSource.
